The staff and doctor are amazing. If they didn't speak so softly as I have hearing loss , it would be marvelous! I had to ask them to repeat themselves multiple times.

Dr Koch is an excellent primary care physician. His demeanor is friendly but professional and he is able to convey his concerns about your health.

Dr. Koch is excellent ! Professional but also very personable. My only issue is no one told me the blood test, which was scheduled prior to my appointment was being done at Compunet vs his office. I missed an ipportunity to have a discussion on the results plus could've eaten much earlier as I was fasting

I'd like to see more written physician notes in my online chart. I can't remember every suggestion the doctor made for me.

I Liked it that Dr. Koch didn't put me right away on medicine, I believe God gives Dr.'s knowledge and education but Jesus Christ is my healer and I already walk on a broke foot so My Jesus can do anything.

Dr Koch is a wonderful Dr, I tell people all the time how much I like him. My husband's Dr moved out of town and I recommended Dr Koch. His "bedside" manner is great.

Excellent healthcare experience.

I was told that I needed to wait for central scheduling to call for a chest X-ray.

I thought the staff and Dr. Koch were all very nice, respectful to me but I wish when I was there he would of just went ahead and got other yearly labs I needed checked ordered, but instead he wants me back in 6-months for a physical and then he said he would order labs. Just a bit of an inconvenience seeing as I watch my grandbabies every day and had to have my mom and dad come watch them while I came to his appointment. So just would have been better for me to do labs that day as well. Overall though, great experience and I will continue seeing him.

The only time that I did not get in when needed was when I had my first appointment. Other than that we scheduled properly.

I mentioned to the doctor your process is based around me accessing YOUR portal. I would prefer that you have the application send rather than having me query. This became apparent when I suspect I was supposed to go to the portal to find out that my appointment had been moved. I then got a notice that I could check in on the portal. The doctor's office is dependent on me accessing the portal for my instructions, making any non-medical information I receive outside of the portal unreliable. I'm sure the changes you implement improve the experience for your younger, busier patients.

Dr Koch is amazing. So kind and pleasant and very thorough and detailed. His staff is also very nice and professional. Together they make going to the doctor a good thing.

I needed a certain prescription of Ozempic, he will not give it to me, my insurance pays for Ozempic for 90 day at 84 dollars and right now I have to pay 420 per month for it now.

Dr. Koch did a thorough annual physical assessment, both verbally and hands-on, efficiently and effectively. He addressed all my comments and questions, clearly understanding my situation and history. He was well-aware of past and current results from specialists and clearly interpreted and integrated the various findings, showing and explaining the numbers. We discussed various follow up test options and agreed on a good path. I very much felt listened to.

Dr Koch provided advice on every little ailment I mentioned during my wellness check which I appreciated. Also the appointment was right on schedule (no waiting or delays).

I enjoy Dr. Koch's style and his methodical approach to diagnosis and treatment. He's very thoughtful and engaging.

This was my 2nd time seeing Dr. Koch. I like that he engages when talking (no distracting iPad). I like that he listens. I like that he genuinely "gets" me, as that is number one on my list.

Dr Koch, was very attentive to my concerns of my medical issues in the past, he listened when I was talking, and he ordered blood work that I needed to get back on track with my condition. Everyone in the office was very nice and helpful. His medical assistant even called me at home to give me my lab results which was very nice...Thank you.
